Muse, part of the Habiko joint venture, and Warrington Borough Council delivered the transformative Time Square development to the north west of the site, revitalising the town centre. Time Square demonstrates Muse’s proven track record of delivering quality development in Warrington town centre.

The site is bound by Academy Street to the north east, Academy Way to the north west, Bank Street to the south west and Mersey Street to the south east. The site was redeveloped in the 1980s as a retail unit fronting a realigned Mersey Street and a surface level car park facing Academy Way. Previous occupiers include Texas DIY, JJB Sports and most recently DW Fitness Club. The unit and car park are currently unoccupied.

The site is located to the south east of Time Square in the heart of Warrington Town Centre which includes a civic office, market, cinema, multi-storey car park, bars and restaurants built around a public square and events space.

The site is easily accessible to both Warrington Central and Bank Quay railway stations and within easy walking and cycling distance of the Interchange bus station. The town centre’s shops, services, employment opportunities and leisure spaces are all local to the site.
